I am the office manager and a senior legal secretary to David Richards.

I have 29 years of legal experience covering the areas of conveyancing, criminal law, Wills Trusts and Probate.

I deal with all administrative duties and with the general running of the practice.

My interests outside the office centre around my family. They also include regular exercise, trips to the cinema and socialising with friends.

I am the friendly face that welcomes you to Carr Richards Solicitors. I am responsible for answering and dealing with incoming telephone and email queries and welcoming all visitors into the office, opening client files and supporting the Office Manager and fee earners with any administration work they require.

Upon deciding on a career change after 10 years in HR and Education I joined Carr Richards as a Receptionist and Trainee Legal Secretary in April 2017.

My name is Alison Allen and I am a Trainee Conveyancing Paralegal.

I have over 15 years’ experience in conveyancing, starting my career as a receptionist for a small conveyancing law firm and working my way up to legal secretary for a large London firm. I enjoy interacting with clients and handling my own case load and decided to work towards becoming a qualified conveyancing paralegal this year.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, walking and socialising with friends.

Susan is a senior legal secretary, with over 20 years’ experience providing support for lawyers.

My main focus of work is property, commercial real estate and probate. I am currently providing secretarial support to Jonathan Carr, Director, Carr Richards Solicitors.
